Chicken Burger with Mac & Cheese Zoodles and Garlic Aioli
Ingredients
2 burger buns
1/2 lb ground chicken
2 tbsp EPICURE Tuscan Chicken Burger Seasoning
1 tbsp EPICURE Sun Kissed Tomato Dip
1 tbsp oil
2 slices of bacon
1-2 zucchini
½ tbsp EPICURE Roasted Garlic Aioli
½ c Mayonnaise
Splash of lemon juice
1 pkg EPICURE Mac & Cheese
EPICURE Sea Salt to taste
EPICURE Black Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Mix first 3 ingredients well, using 3 in 1 burger press form your patties.
Place bacon on a tray in Multipurpose Steamer and microwave for 8 minutes. Preheat Sautee pan with oil on medium heat, add chicken patties. Cook for 5-6 minutes on each side. Insert fork to check if juice is clear.
Make zoodles using Spiralizer.
Add to the Sauté Pan, sprinkle with Mac and Cheese and cook for 2 minutes.
Prepare Roasted Garlic Aioli.
In Epicure Prep Bowl place mayo, seasoning and lemon juice, whisk and let stand for 15 minutes. Assemble burgers, don’t forget about the bacon. Plate burgers and zoodles.
